Bounjourno....Its Xmas around the corner....

Ah, its that time of the year again when you decide what to serve up for Cristmas, no?
Fear not! Come on down to Buonasera and talk to Chef Enzo. He has just gotta back from Australia with lotsa goodies! But check out what has ready for Xmas menu....

The Traditional Pork Roast /Lamb or will it be the Turkey? Rest assured, the flavours of Buonasera will ensure a delicious meal come December.

Ah, here is how we do it at Buonasera....All our Tomato sauces are cooked traditionally, at least 3-4 hours, and not those Cameron Highlands Tomatoes, but Italian peeled Roma ones!
The Bolognaise? Itsa cooks for 4 hours, no less! And to bring out the flavours? There isa Red Vino, which is so important, the Lamb Shanks get the best Tomatoes, cooked to flavour on slow heat. There is the Chianti and Bianco vino sauces.

Est that notsa good enough? How bout the fresh rosemary Chicken? Or our Wagyu Meat?

Didsa you know that our dough is freshly made daily, so that even the pizza is better than those you get from all those Halal Italian joints?

Not to mention our Sirloin Wagyu Rump and our sausages! Angus T Bone?
Our specialty is also the Sakura Pork Roast, as with our Sakura Pork Ribs!

Chef Enzo's is a picky cook, he makesa sure you get the traditional Italian dishes, and withsa that comesa Italian cheese , Gorgonzola Italian Blue Vein on pizza or pasta
sauce with pork bacon !

He also makesa sure you get the best pork bacon or the very
best Italian Parma Ham and Spanish Salami ! On request he makes Rissotto
rice with summer Black Truffule which is not so pungent in smell.
The winter Truffle Diamond is more punget in smell and extremly expensive !

And what more better way to top of your dining experience with ze Enzo homemade Ice Cream cake! CHanged daily with Five layered flavours!

Ah, you thinka you can do better in other Italian Restaurante?
